All of our caregivers go through a thorough screening and hiring process before joining Supreme Companions. This includes comprehensive interviews, reference checks, employment verification, criminal background checks, Social Security verification, and motor vehicle record checks when applicable. Our caregivers are insured, bonded, and trained to provide compassionate, dependable, and professional care. We understand that inviting someone into your home is a significant decision, which is why we take great care in selecting caregivers who share our commitment to treating every client with dignity, respect, and kindness.
Yes. We believe that a successful caregiver-client relationship begins with a good match. We carefully consider each client's personality, interests, care needs, and preferences when selecting a caregiver. Whether your loved one prefers someone outgoing, quiet, younger, older, or someone with specialized experience, we do our best to find the right fit. Whenever possible, we encourage families to meet their caregiver before services begin to ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident.
Yes. Many families choose our services to provide additional support and companionship for loved ones residing in assisted living communities, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or hospitals. Our caregivers offer one-on-one attention, companionship, and assistance with daily activities while helping families stay informed about their loved one's well-being. We often serve as an extra set of eyes and ears, providing valuable peace of mind.
We understand how important dependable care is for our clients and their families. If a caregiver is unable to work a scheduled shift due to illness, an emergency, or another unforeseen circumstance, our office immediately begins arranging a qualified substitute caregiver. We maintain backup staffing whenever possible and work diligently to minimize disruptions in care.

While hiring privately is certainly an option, it often comes with significant responsibilities and risks. Families who hire independently are generally responsible for conducting background checks, verifying references, obtaining insurance coverage, managing payroll taxes, and arranging replacement caregivers when someone is unavailable. When you choose Supreme Companions, we handle all of those responsibilities for you. Our caregivers are screened, insured, bonded, supervised, and supported by our office staff, providing an added level of protection, reliability, and peace of mind.
